Qubit will only take on projects that we know we can deliver well. If we’re asked to delivery a projects that we don’t think we’re right for, we’ll refer you to an organisation that we believe is better suited.

We’re clear about what we do (and what we don’t do).

Qubit will often seek the services of others to reduce the risk. For example, an integration project may require the services of network engineers or a skilled DBA Product vendor engagement.

Occasionally, we may engage a product vendor to participate in architecture workshops and planning activities. This is to ensure that candidate architectures are examined thoroughly and endorsed by the vendor before a design is settled on.

We are honest about estimates.

To us, this is extremely important. While we understand that this may not always be the best strategy to win the project, it does however ensure that the tenders we win have the best chance of success.

Conversely, this aspect of our approach has often resulted in being awarded additional projects on a time and materials basis as clients have come to trust our estimates and our ability to stick to them.
